Everett Osborne Recognized as 2013 Paul Harris Fellow

The Athens Rotary Club recognized Everett Osborne as its 2013 Paul Harris Fellow.  Judge Jimmy made the presentation and they were joined on stage by approximately seventeen previous Paul Harris Fellows from the Athens club.
